NEMOSHIP took part in SMM Hamburg 2026, one of the leading international events for the maritime industry. The project was represented by Stirling Design International (SDI) giving participants the opportunity to meet a project partner and learn more about NEMOSHIP’s work on the electrification and decarbonisation of maritime transport.

On September 1st 2026, NEMOSHIP also participated in a joint session with the WHISPER project, presenting complementary approaches to maritime decarbonisation. NEMOSHIP highlighted the development of a fully electric ferry concept integrating next-generation Corvus battery systems, while WHISPER presented its work on wind-assisted propulsion for bulk carriers.
