At Euromaritime 2026, Thibaut Tincelin from Stirling Design International presented the latest developments of the NEMOSHIP project and the solutions being explored to extend the operational range of full-electric and hybrid vessels.

The presentation highlighted several complementary approaches developed within the project: large-scale electrification, advanced energy system integration, wind-assisted propulsion, as well as digital modelling and simulation tools. It also placed NEMOSHIP within the wider European innovation ecosystem working towards more sustainable maritime transport.
